Linda Trummer has a successful record of connecting with community, implementing programs to meet specific needs of youth and families, and maintaining the integrity of the Meadowbrook Collaborative in its mission to meet the needs of the Meadowbrook community in the areas of health, education and safety. She has been with the project since its inception in 1993, and continues to be the sole staff person of a project that serves 1,200 people.
During her tenure, crime has decreased by nearly 50%, school attendance and parental involvement are notably improved, and families and youth have greater access to resources and opportunities for success. Linda has served as chairperson of the Police Commission and Advisory Council, Community Education Advisory Council and the Family Services Collaborative. She is author of the St. Louis Park Vision Process’ Book of Dreams, and is an active member of the Sunrise Rotary Club and Foundation.
